Running sweepLink

SweepLink is designed to perform multiple tasks. To specify the desired task, the mandatory argument task has to be specified in the command line. Each task requires/allows for specific options that can be found on respective page.

The following tasks are currently available:

• infer: Infer locus specific selection coefficients and population size from time-series data

• simulate: Simulate time-series data

• calculateLL: Evaluate log-likelihood for given demographic parameters
